LoHi, also know as Lower Highland, is the eastern section of the popular Highland District, bordered by West 38th Ave, I-25, Zuni Street St and Speer. LoHi attracts young singles and professionals, often called “hipsters” and growing families to reside in its modern structures. The eclectic mix is attracting singles and young professionals who want to be near the heart of all Denver has to offer. The Highland pedestrian bridge connects the this quiet, up-and-coming neighborhood to the downtown action, allowing residents to have the best of both worlds.
