Finley Farms Homes for Sale
About Finley Farms
Finley Farms has a rich history going back to 1941, when Jack Finley bought the 420 acres Finley Farms now sits on for less than $100,000. The family home still sits on the edge of Finley Farms on the West side of Greenfield Road. The land was used for growing cotton, wheat, and alfalfa; however, it is better known for raising award-winning horses used in film and racing.
Parts of the original land were sold to Jackson Properties and homes were built by Trend, Continental, Morrison, and Greystone. Buyers have a great variety of floor plans and configurations to choose from.
The community prides itself on being very neighborly, with lots of community-wide events including movie nights, picnic in the park, and so much more. The grounds are very well maintained and landscaped. There is something special about Finley Farms...
