About Beautiful Chandler, Arizona

Chandler is a suburban city located in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metropolitan area. According to the City of Chandler website, Chandler was founded by veterinary surgeon Dr. A.J. Although Chandler has just over 250,000 residents, it still has a “small town” feel where people greet each other around the community.  Chandler is family-friendly with excellent schools, entertainment venues, and opportunities for civic and community involvement. Chandler’s suburban landscape with access to major employers, transportation, and housing options make it an outstanding opportunity for homeowners, seasonal visitors, and investors.

A relatively large percentage of the housing here is seasonally occupied, as the seasonal visitors (“snowbirds”) head in for Arizona’s comfortable winter months.
