Central Colorado Springs area is a mix of older neighborhoods and historic sites clustered around the Colorado Springs downtown historic and old north end areas.
The area features historic sites, such as the historic college and the Antlers Hotel building. Some of these historic buildings remain private residences, and other have been transformed into bed and breakfasts, museum, art galleries, or office buildings.
