Centennial Homes and Condos for Sale
Centennial was formed in 2001 and since its inception has become one of the fastest growing areas in the Denver Metro area. It is bordered by Aurora, Englewood, and Littleton, also attractive options for those who want to live near the city and all the amenities it provides. The city has more than 100,000 residents.
Centennial Airport is within the city limits and Denver International Airport is a short drive making it ideal for home buyers. With an average list price around $425,000, it is an affordable option. Many of the homes are larger and newer than those within Denver’s city limits and offer garages.
Newer communities, such as Inspiration, offer residents parks, open space, a clubhouse, pools, and a community lawn for summer concerts and community activities. Nearby there are plenty of parks, open space, restaurants, coffee shops, and other retailers. Cherry Creek Mall, Castle Rock Outlets, and downtown Denver are a short drive to shop, dine, and play.
Cherry Creek Public Schools serves most of Centennial; however, students of the western portion are served by Littleton Public Schools. There are also five private, faith-based schools for students to have a faith-centered education, including Catholic, Baptist, and Christian.
