About Brooks Tower Residences
1020 15th St, Denver, CO 80202
Brooks Tower was constructed in 1968 and it was the highest building in Denver from 1968 to 1974 sitting at 42 stories and 420 feet. The building was converted into condos in the early 1990's, largely because of the premium location right on 15th St in the Lodo area of downtown.
Just steps from Brooks Towers is some of the best dining, nightlife, retail therapy, and sporting events in Denver! This is an urban dweller's dream!
The residents of Brooks Tower enjoy some great amenities including a restaurant and convenience shop on the first floor, 24/7 on-site security, a community pool, fitness center, and secure parking. The upper-level units benefit from amazing panoramic views of the mountains and downtown Denver, and the sunsets and sunrises from Brooks Tower are absolutely stunning.
The HOA at Brooks Tower is very active and they regularly plan events and social gatherings. This is a very social building! The HOA is also very accommodating to residents and investors looking to remodel or update units. This is an older building and some of the units show their age, while there are some units that have been recently remodeled.
