About Barclay Towers
1625 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80202
Barclay Tower in the Lodo (Lower Downtown) area of Denver started its life in 1980 as a 32 story office tower. The building went up for auction in the early 2000's when a developer took control and converted Barclay Tower into condos. The building was completely taken down to the concrete and steel frame and rebuilt from the inside out!
Barclay Tower sits directly on 16th Street in Denver and enjoys what is potentially the best location you can get for a residential highrise. Right out your front door you can catch a movie, grab a bite, drop in on a baseball game, and hit some of the best nightlife in Denver all in the same day!
The building has some great amenities including a pool and spa, fitness center, 24-hour on-site security, concierge, secure parking and storage, community grill station and plaza on the 3rd floor, and so much more.
The condos at Barclay Tower generally have open floor plans, granite countertops, floor to ceiling windows, and are very well insulated against noise. The condos for sale at Barclay Tower were all remodeled in the early to mid-2000's when they were first sold, and a few fresh remodeled units come on the market occasionally.
The Barclay Towers represent a great value in the Lodo condo market in our opinion and deserve some serious consideration.
