Saular Rahimian (or “Saul” as his clients know him as) is a native Arizonan who primarily works with Residential Real Estate Investors. As an Investor himself he fully understands what his peers require and specializes in the acquisition/disposition of off market properties. He also regularly conducts his own "Fix 'N Flip" projects here in the valley ranging anywhere from "Lipstick Flips" all the way down to fully blown rehabilitation projects. He has a wide array of resources, programs, and teams that he happily provides to his clientele. This includes exclusive access to his private money funding group ZARA CAPITAL SOLUTIONS, as well as his personal list of preferred contractors, traditional real estate lenders, home inspectors, and any and all deals that come across his desk. His primary areas of operation include: Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Glendale, and the larger Phoenix-Metro area as a whole including (but not limited to) some of the smaller surrounding towns such as Wittmann, and Tonopah. At the moment he is heavily rooted in single family properties and is currently working to expand to larger multifamily projects by late 2022!
