David Mowry brings more than 15 years of extensive real estate experience. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Resort and Tourism Management from New Mexico State University in 1998. David worked for various hotel groups for 8 years in high end management positions and has lived in many areas of Scottsdale and Phoenix since graduating from college. In 2005 he decided to make a change in his life and trained to become a Real Estate Appraiser. He still holds Residential Certification Licenses in Texas and New Mexico and continues consultations in both states. During the economic downfall that impacted all of us, he was forced to close his appraisal business in downtown Phoenix as demand came to a standstill. He made the decision to join a local real estate agent (friend) and survive. Together they created a very lucrative real estate investment business acquiring homes for their clients (David calls them all friends) at Trustee Sales in Maricopa and Pinal Counties and turned them into rental properties. His hospitality attitude and real estate experience came together to create the perfect agent. Understanding the full process of real estate transactions helped David excel as one of the most trusted professionals in the Scottsdale area and in the entire valley. He helps countless families, individuals, and investors from every walk of life to make the calm, cool and collective decisions throughout the whole buying or selling experience. He has extensive knowledge in the lending process and only surrounds himself with the best professionals in the business. He has great relationship with lenders, title companies, contractors, hard money, 1031 exchange companies, marketing and every other service that may be needed. David spends countless hours giving back to the community. He is the Vice President of the South Scottsdale Little League and is the manager for his son’s baseball team. David puts family, friendship and quality of life as the priority for all decisions he makes. The dedication he provides to his clients is unprecedented.
